Hi I'm Sarah Simson and in my experience, good therapy is all about facilitating insight, a sense of self that is meaningful to
us, reducing negative thinking, and paving the way to behaviour and mood changes. Clients find the
supportive, confidential, environment I provide facilities the exploration of their difficulties and
issues and allows them to examine options for change. I’m passionate in my belief that with the
appropriate support, we can create significant lasting change in the areas of our lives that are
important to us.
Everybody struggles with unwanted thoughts or behaviours from time to time. My therapeutic
approach is integrative. I use Person Centred values, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro
Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, and Psychodynamic Theory to honour your unique self
and the trust you place in me. My approach is also holistic as I believe that the mind and body are
inextricably intertwined. At the centre of everything I do is empathy, kindness, and a non-
judgmental safe and supportive place for you to explore your issues without fear of judgement to
help you instil habits that work for you, not against you, to help you to identify and reach your goals.
No two people are the same, so our sessions are tailor made for you. Using intuition, creativity, and
experience to help you find new ways of looking at things and finding solutions. Find benefit,
comfort, and assistance from my professional and sensitive approach.
